After 8 years as a graphic designer, I moved into advertising and worked at major agencies around the globe, like DDB Brazil, McCann, and Fallon in London.
Shaped by the Brazilian school of art directors, it’s not hard to find me at a 400% zoom on an image brushing pixels, or adjusting the kerning of the legal copy. I’m addicted to photography, typography, and cinematography. I love my craft, and I enjoy every second of the endless journey to master it.
Creativity is an optimistic act. When we’re being creative, we’re putting something into the world that didn’t previously exist. That’s so exciting, and it’s also such a privilege to be in a position where we can create, contribute, and put out work into the world that—hopefully—makes a difference.
My work for brands like Absolut, Adidas, NFL, Red Bull, ASICS, AMG Mercedes, Honda, MasterCard, Johnson & Johnson, Axa Insurance, Barclays, NatWest, Whirlpool, and Skoda has been globally recognized. I had the honor of presenting the Tour des Femmes campaign to the jury of the Glass Lions in Cannes, bringing home 2 Cannes Lions. My work has also been globally recognized by other Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Music Week, and Music Awards.
Naive by nature, I genuinely believe we can do the best work of our lives with every single brief, no matter the size, time, or budget restriction.
I was very lucky to learn a thing or two from Pedro Cappelletti, Fernando Campos, Alessandra Taylor, Keka Morelle, Marco Versolato, and Nick Bell along the way. These masters taught me to always ask why others would give a sh*t about your idea, to push people with kindness, to have extremely high standards, to be generous with my knowledge, and not to swear in front of the clients.
Once, I heard I was too passionate. I left that place. To create the best work in the world, work that’s impossible to ignore, you need to be surrounded by people who share the same passion.
So if you really love what you do, have endless energy, and are an advertising nerd like me, drop me a line. We’ll get on well.
Here you can find some stuff I do just for fun:
